Managing a global team of project support and data analysts, Prasanjit leads the delivery of our standard and custom assessment products, including psychometric tests, 360 degree and organizational surveys. Prasanjit has also been part of the core team that led the development of our technology platform Lighthouse, and all our assessment projects on Lighthouse are led by him and his team.

With an expertise in data and analytics, Prasanjit has worked on extremely complex, large-scale projects from end-to-end, including requirement gathering, project setup and design, project execution, reporting and analytics, as well as managing the communication and client relationships. He works closely with the project consultant team to design bespoke, technology-enabled assessment solutions as well provide real time dynamic reporting, with extremely sophisticated functionality . Working with data sets of over half a million, Prasanjit delivers a high level of data accuracy, integrity and data management on our projects.

Prasanjit also supports the on-going R&D efforts at Mercer Talent Enterprise, in building new assessments and enhancing our current suite of psychometric tests, including updation of norms, insights and analytics. His clients include El Seif, Al Futtaim, Fakeeh, Etihad Airways, Almarai, Alinma, Dussur, Mashreqbank, Commercial Bank International, Oman Insurance, Sidra Medicine, Petroleum Development Oman, Etihad Rail, Masdar, Prime Minister’s Office, SEHA, Roche, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Dubai Airports, Tanfeeth, Roche, Dubai Tourism, TAQA, Saudi Investment Bank, Riyad Bank and the Higher Colleges of Technology.

Prior to joining Mercer Talent Enterprise, Prasanjit worked with Aon Hewitt for over 3 years, where he was part of their global engagement delivery team. Here he worked on multiple large-scale, multi-year employee engagement projects, with leading multi-nationals, including a healthcare organisation with 100,000 employees, and a global retailer with 300,000 employees, spanning 28 countries across Europe, Middle East, Asia and South America.

Playing the guitar and singing is what Prasanjit loves to do when he takes a break from work. He loves to cook and his ‘great Indian chicken curry’ is said to be one of the top 3 best curries which his teammates have ever had. He also loves to travel. If not HR consultant, Prasanjit would like to open his own restaurant and name it ‘Sarkar’s’!
