Shuja is the Chief Technology Officer at Mercer Talent Enterprise, managing the on-going delivery and development of our flagship Lighthouse assessment platform and leading all strategic client and internal technology initiatives.
Previously, Shuja was the CTO at Growl Media, and the Head of Web Technologies at Flip Media (now SapientRazorfish). He brings with him years of experience in developing and deploying large-scale best-in-class technology solutions for content management, project management, ecommerce, loyalty, classifieds, consumer engagement and some of the region’s high traffic websites. Shuja has keen interest in AI, Machine Learning and is a life-long learner.
When not at work, Shuja is most likely to be found at DevOps, Linux and other tech meetups. He is also an avid Table Tennis player.
