The Alignment Perspective Index® (API) is a brief, simple yet insightful tool to understand how aligned, committed and engaged an individual is to his / her organization across 7 dimensions: Contribution, Alignment, Empowerment, Attunement, Foresight, Prospection and Sustainability.
Note: This assessment is primarily a developmental tool and used to assess an individual’s alignment and commitment towards their organization. It is to be used in conjunction with other tools, such as The Thriving Index® and Work Perspective Index®, and not intended to be used as a stand-alone assessment.
The Work Perspective Index® (WPI) is a comprehensive tool which seeks to understand an individuals career history, work preferences and work motivators, providing detailed insights in future career development planning.

This tool describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain. It consists of 10 primary scales, which are further divided into 5 subscales or item themes.
