The Perspective Index® series of assessments provide individuals, teams and organisations with self-awareness into their values, motivations and aspirations. Feedback and insights from these tools can be used as part of our talent identification, high potential, succession planning and leadership training for self-development, learning individual, group and team coaching.

Alignment Perspective Index® (API).

The Alignment Perspective Index® (API) is a brief, simple yet insightful tool to understand how aligned, committed and engaged an individual is to his / her organisation across 7 dimensions: Contribution, Alignment, Empowerment, Attunement, Foresight, Prospection and Sustainability.

Note: This assessment is primarily a developmental tool and used to assess an individual’s alignment and commitment towards their organisation. It is to be used in conjunction with other tools, such as The Thriving Index® and Work Perspective Index®, and not intended to be used as a stand-alone assessment.

Work Perspective Index® (WPI).

The Work Perspective Index® (WPI) is a comprehensive tool which seeks to understand an individuals career history, work preferences and work motivators, providing detailed insights in future career development planning.

Seeks to understand whether the individual is driven by intrinsic (internal) or extrinsic (external) motivators across 10 dimensions

This tool describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain. It consists of 10 primary scales, which are further divided into 5 subscales or item themes.
