Deborah Van der Linden is an Associate Director, Client Success, part of the delivery team at Mercer Talent Enterprise. With a strong background in the space of talent management, Deborah is responsible for the capability development projects with in-depth experience of management and assessments across various industries, Deborah has worked on various large scale assessment projects across the region and brings with her extensive knowledge of competency design and talent identification with a strong understanding of organizational requirements. Deborah, enjoys working with companies to solve their most compelling talent related issues.
Deborah has led various assessment projects across markets including design and delivery of graduate development programs and assessment centres both for high-potential identification and succession planning. Deborah has also extensively assessed individuals for recruitment and identification of development needs. In addition to this, Linden supports on various large scale assessment projects across the region and brings with her in-depth knowledge of competency design and high potential talent identification and succession planning.
