As the Associate Director, Ashutosh’s primary role involves expanding Mercer Talent Enterprise’s presence in India and South East Asia. He achieves this by acquiring new clients and establishing strategic partnerships across the markets. He holds a Master’s Degree from the Indian School of Business with a 12-year background in nurturing and scaling start-ups.
Ashutosh’s professional journey has taken him across various regions, with the past seven years dedicated to Human Capital Space.
Before joining Mercer Talent Enterprise, Ashutosh worked for nearly three years at Mercer Middle East before which he was with Mettl, India.
When he’s not engrossed in his professional endeavours, Ashutosh indulges in his passion for tennis and cherishes quality time with his children.
