Ayman is a seasoned commercial Sales leader with over 20 years of professional experience and broad exposure, driving revenue and strategic organizational presence in the Middle East. He is well versed in building, managing, motivating and leading teams towards running successful business operations while growing revenues and improving margins.
Ayman leads Mercer Talent Enterprise’s business development and key account management in the UAE as well as our growth markets. He is extremely passionate about talent and believes in people as the greatest asset. He thrives to help his clients unlock their people’s potential and achieve their Human Capital and organizational strategies.
Ayman was born and grew up in Egypt, where he also completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. He has been living In Dubai since 2010 where he has been helping HR senior executives and managers in large enterprises across the Middle East and North Africa.
Ayman is a certified Assessor and holds diverse certifications in Psychometric Assessment, Job Analysis and Competency Design, Assessment Centers Design and Competency based Interviewing.
When he’s not working, Ayman enjoys spending time with family. He also enjoys a good game of basketball and a refreshing swim. His other interests include Interior designing and watching football.
