Deborah is responsible for the delivery of our capability development projects at The Talent Enterprise. With an in depth experience of management and assessment experience across various industries, Deborah has an in-depth understanding of organisational requirements, and enjoys working with companies to solve their most compelling talent related issues.

With a passion for strategic planning as well as people, Debbie found a career in Project Management within the Leadership Consulting field after pursuing a degree in hospitality. Prior to joining The Talent Enterprise, Deborah began her career in the management and development of talent within the hospitality sector, where she managed various teams in both the UK and UAE. She then briefly pursued a career in management of event operations, before finally joining Korn Ferry as an integral part of their project management team. There, Deborah gained key experience and insights into talent development and selection amongst some of the most prominent organisations in the Middle East Region. Since this time, she has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge designing and delivering small and large scale development programmes and assessment centres both for selection and high-potential employees. Deborah has also extensively assessed individuals across junior and middle levels, for recruitment and identification of development needs, as well as managed engagements for coaching, leadership development, and graduate recruitment programmes.

In her spare time, Deborah enjoys going to the gym, and planning travel to her next destination – she has an ardent curiosity for discovering new and unexplored cultures, food and destinations. She also confesses her guilty pleasure is binge watching the Investigation Discovery Channel, and is incredibly curious about the human psyche and how people think. She can often be found curled up on the couch with her cats, reading philosophy and historical fiction.
