DIB worked with TTE to identify high potential mid-level and junior executives across the bank to enroll them in a Leadership Programme. Executives went through a battery of online assessments (the Career Aspiration Inventory, the Alignment and Commitment Personal Inventory, the Thriving Index and a Cognitive assessment) and based on the results, went through a Face to Face Learning Centre.
