Further, the Companies will also jointly deliver the British Psychological Society’s (BPS) flagship Test User Certification in Occupational Ability and Personality (Level A and B) to its clients and partners. The Personality section of the course will be based on The Thriving Index®, one of four workplace strengths tools globally, and one of twenty tools to have the unique distinction of being registered with the BPS on their category.
