New partnership will bring the science of behavior to Cranfield’s learning and development offering

A new partnership between Cranfield School of Management and Mercer Talent Enterprise will allow learners to benefit from leadership development and executive education based on scientific analysis of behavior.

The collaboration between the UK business school and Mercer Talent Enterprise, headquartered in Dubai, will bring together the two organizations’ strengths in delivering C-suite-level learning and development and in blending contemporary psychometric tools and assessment solutions with the latest advances in artificial intelligence and data science to offer analysis of people’s behavior.

The aim of the partnership is to help delegates in the Middle East learn from the science of ‘behaviormetrics®’ and then transform that knowledge into practical action that supports the development of individuals and organizations in the region.
