Bespoke Leadership Assessments

Challenge.

We have been working with the Group HR Team to conduct assessments using The Thriving Index® and 360 degree feedback surveys for a number of their strategic programs including Executive / C-Suite leadership assessments, leadership development programs and custom assessments.

JET program: A highly bespoke assessment to measure career progression and career mobility for their GM of the Future program, spanning 15 years.

Grow, Emerge and Inspire Programs: To assess leadership potential and development gaps using The Thriving Index® and our standard 360 Degree feedback survey at 3 levels, to support their on-going learning journey with INSEAD.

Solution.

Mercer Talent Enterprise started working with Jardines in 2020 and since then we have:

  • Designed and launched a highly bespoke assessment at 3 levels for the JET program, including a custom skills questionnaire, The Thriving Index® and a custom multi-rater survey.
  • We have also been working on the Grow, Emerge and Inspire Programs since 2020 providing individual feedback and developmental planning recommendations to each participant, and also information on the overall skill competency gaps and learning needs assessment for Jardines and INSEAD.
