As Senior Manager of Business Development, Daniel is responsible for developing TTE’s presence in Oman and Kuwait as well as building partnerships with the UAE Public Sector. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Financial accounting, is psychometric assessment assessor and emotional intelligence practitioner with over 14 years of experience in Account Management and Business Development in Lebanon, Australia, Canada and UAE,
Before joining TTE, Daniel was Lead Sales Development for Profiles International in Dubai, where he worked with clients such as the Executive Council of Government of Dubai, Majid al Futtaim, Emirates National Oil Company, tabreed, Mott Macdonald, Transguard, FEWA, DMCC and many more regional organisations. He has assisted public and private sectors in the region by providing solutions that drive Performance and support Talent Development. He has been involved in projects that span across all areas of HR, including Talent Management, Organizational Psychology, Assessment and Development, Leadership Development, Coaching and Career Development, Performance Management and Change Management. In doing so, he has participated in client initiatives such as Assessment and Development Centers, Employer Branding and Boosting Employee Engagement, Career Transition and Change Management, Mergers & Acquisition as well as Organizations Restructuring. His focus is on helping organisations perform better through smart HR solutions.
In his spare time, Daniel is an avid fitness enthusiast but his secret passion is to recreate his mom’s Lebanese cooking for his friends in Dubai.
