Casper is responsible for global sales and business expansion at The Talent Enterprise. With more than 15 years of human capital technology and assessment experience Casper brings an in-depth understanding of the talent challenges faced by organisations today. Casper’s priority and passion lies in helping business leaders transform their companies and reach optimum results though our globally recognised cloud-based assessment technology to improve results across the enterprise.
At The Talent Enterprise, Casper leads a sales team to expand and deepen our relationships with our clients, and manages our strategic partnerships. He drives commercial performance of our business, ensuring sustainability and risk management. He works very closely with our delivery team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to implementation.
Prior to joining us, Casper led the sales team for CEB (now Gartner) Talent Solutions in the lower and upper Gulf region, before which Casper was the Territory Manager with Oracle Dubai, helping organisations improve efficiency by shifting to cloud-based HCM applications including Taleo. Previously, he was the Sales Manager at Cazar (Sniperhire) which is a leader in cloud Applicant Tracking Technology in the Middle East and South Asia.
Casper holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Communication from Copenhagen Business School and a Masters Degree in e-Commerce from The University of Copenhagen.
When Casper is not working he is most likely to be found on the golf course trying hard to maintain his single digit handicap. However, after having his son, Philip, this has proven to be slightly more difficult. So instead, Casper spends more time of the course secretly preparing his son to become the next generation golf prodigy. His wife is not fully convinced just yet.
