As an Sales Enablement, you will be a part of the Talent Enterprise team for a duration of 6 months. During this time, you will be exposed to various areas of the business from project delivery, analytics, marketing and sales. You will apply your learnings, and in parallel, learn a lot about how we design and deliver programs for various clients.

Your Responsibilities:
In addition to being driven and passionate about organisational psychology, we would like you to be focused on building a career in a similar field. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understand what we do, and how we can help various clients on their human development priorities
- You will work with the project delivery team and will shadow project managers as they work with various clients
- You will also shadow the sales team to understand how they understand requirements of the clients and work with the project team to ensure client partnership and success
- You will support the project management team on various operational aspects of project delivery such as coordination, research the industry and understand client requirements
- You may partner with the analytics team and assist them in review of information and data analytics
- You will be required to provide a fresh pair of eyes and provide your perspective on the work we do

What Else are We Looking for…:
- You should have completed ATLEAST 3 years in a Bachelors program focusing on: Organisational Psychology, Business Psychology or HR Analytics
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage but not a must.
