Digital Marketing Specialist

About The Role

Do you live and breathe digital marketing? Then, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, create, implement, monitor, optimize and analyse our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

You should have a strong understanding and a huge passion for all things marketing and tech and should be comfortable with the latest digital marketing tools that enable integrated lead generation campaigns from concept to execution, working with various stakeholders. You would be required to assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with our consumers and target clients.

The Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital presence and connection with clients and partners
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Display ads and Social media etc. to increase company and brand awareness as well as generate leads
  • Achieve the conversion rate from total leads through company digital marketing channels
  • Achieve the success rate of planned digital marketing campaigns
  • Achieve the planned customer traffic through all digital channels
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Instrument conversion points, build and optimize user funnels
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing experiments
  • Actively involved in SEO efforts with the SEO agency (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website content
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Build online relationships with high quality ranked industry publications
  • Prepare and adhere to budgets
  • Analyze market trends and insights and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies, optimise spends and performance based on analysis and feedback.
  • Monitor the social media activities of competitors and bring improvement to the activities of the organization towards gaining more online popularity
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Requirements and skills

  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, blogs and SEO/SEM
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Ability to use various CRM and CMS systems as well as emailing tools
  • Ability to handle various forms of social media campaigns
