RAKBANK launched Tatweer, a programme to develop their National talent at three levels (Individual Contributors, Junior Managers and Senior Managers) through a rigorous and practical learning journey.

Mercer Talent Enterprise worked closely with the RAKBANK Talent Management team to launch Tatweer, which included a 4-module ILM-endorsed programme for all UAE Nationals at 3 levels over a nine-month period.
The comprehensive programme was tailored to the needs of each level and used several interactive techniques to deliver training, including individual and group discussions, audio-visuals and experimental activities. The focus was on self-development, developing others and developing the business. It began with the Thriving Index strengths-based psychometric assessment for each level so that each participant had their own development report to understand each individual and also start identifying cohort level strengths and development areas.
